Dear Sir/Madam,

                          We are Owners and Operators of Trillium Investment Group, Inc., Toronto, Canada, with various Residential Care Facilities and Real Estate Holdings, located in the Cities of Toronto and Hamilton, Canada.

 

        Our intention is to draft a proposal regarding financing, establishing and maintaining of the Sulph Memorial School of Nursing, in Lucea, Hanover, by acquiring the following facilities: Six (6) Classrooms, Two (2) Nursing Offices, One (1) Nursing Staff-room, Two (2) Nursing Laboratories and One (1) Nursing Library, with your consent and permission from the Government.

 

        We intent to secure from the Government of Jamaica, particularly, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, permission to operate the Nursing School and to grant the following certificates:  Four-Year Bachelor Degree Program in Registered Nursing (RN); Two-Year Diploma Program  in Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing (RPN); and a Two semester Pre-Nursing Certificate Program.

 

       Our mission is to train Jamaican Nurses for the purposes of working in North America, specifically, in Canada. We hope to provide professional employment opportunities for young persons and adults, while meeting the demand for trained professional nurses in Jamaican and the North American Healthcare Markets, which are currently experiencing a chronic shortage of such skilled nurses.

  

    We would appreciate your opinion or recommendation regarding the establishment of such programs in your Town of Lucea, Hanover.
